Download PS Tools from and run the command below. (those are "L" characters, not the "ONE" character)
psshutdown -l \\ip address
If you want to be really annoying make a batch file with
psshutdown -l \\ip address
ping 127.0.0.1
psshutdown -l \\ip address
ping 127.0.0.1
ping 127.0.0.1
psshutdown -l \\ip address
ping 127.0.0.1
psshutdown -l \\ip address
ping 127.0.0.1
ping 127.0.0.1
ping 127.0.0.1
psshutdown -l \\ip address
ping 127.0.0.1
ping 127.0.0.1
ping 127.0.0.1
psshutdown -l \\ip address
You can mess with them however you want to and have it lock every 10 seconds or so just to piss them off or every 30 minutes just to be annoying. I work in a Network shop and no one can figure out what is going on until I let them in on it. Good annoying trick for all the new workers.
