Ok, well this one time at school a couple of friends and I set up our teachers computer when he was out. We set the volume regularly to the first notch, but we went onto the control panel, went to "sounds, speech, and audio devices," and we set the device volume really high. Our teacher came in and played the Gettysburg Address for us, and he set it on like four notches but it was EXTREMELY LOUD, the classroom a couple rooms down said they heard it.
