Using those plastic zip ties that can be looped around and then locked so that they can only be cut with heavy scissors, me and my friends used several heavy duty ones to zip tie people to their desks, chairs, etc.
A really bold friend took one and zip tied a girls shoe loops together.When she stood up she fell over on her face. My idiot friend was still sittin behind her so it was obviously his fault.He just had to get a pair of scissors to cut them tho.. he didnt get in any trouble.
