Ok, this is a real funny prank me and 3 of my friends pulled on my neigthboor........ first wat u do is u call a pizza delivery place from a celphone(due to color ID) make the phone call quick... tell the pizza place to order ten large pizzas to( ur neigthborrs adress which should be just like urs exept the house number) then sit outside ur window with ur friends and watch the delivery car come... and c ur neightboors face..
