what you need are 2 eggs, a balloon(or 2 if one breaks to early),flour,a little water, and duct tape. What you do is stick to 2 eggs in the persons exhaust pipe, then add a bunch of flour, and some water, then cover it with a balloon, tape the balloon on really good and then hide behind something and when they get in their car just watch the fun. What happens is that the heat pushes the eggs and flour/water into the balloon which if blowing up, eventually it will just explode into a big glob of "dough", getting all over the car and if it is a convertible, the person driving, but dont let them see or hear you when you run away laughing your head off
