PirateTracker.com is a reasonably mean-spirited prank site that makes internet pirates think they are busted. Use the form to build a URL containing lots of untrackable sensitive information, send the URL in an e-mail or IM or something, and your friend visits a "public" website listing their personal information and future warrant issue date. Great prank. It even tells them (in due time) who pranked them.
