Customer calls in I have no lights on my modem. Asked the customer how many cords do you see on the back of the modem. Customer 2 no power cord. Customer asked me how could that have happend. Answer'd I dunno maybe someone pulled the power cord out.
Another different call. Customer calls in says I can get to part of the internet but I cannot get to the other part. When asking the customer to please explain a little more about is issue the customer got upset.
