Causes the Windows 98/98/NT desktop icons to swap positions at random intervals (from 10ms to 32765ms). This prank is nice so there is a SwappingIcons button that pops up on the system tray. Just click the button to return the icons to their prior positions.
Since this one requires a dll, the download file is an installer that just put the prank and its dll where you specify.
