Remember 'Kilroy' from your school days, always poping up on a blackboard somewhere. Well now you can continue the tradition on the computer. He will wait a random number of milliseconds before he starts peaking over the edges of the active window (if there is room). This one is nice, to get rid of it all you have to do is click the button "Stop Kilroy!" that appears on the toolbar.
