CHIMES is a memory-resident real-time clock for those who'd like their PCs to remind them what time it is, but not too often, and without hogging the display or available RAM.
Install CHIMES simply by running it from the DOS prompt, or from your AUTOEXEC.BAT file. Every quarter hour, the program will sound a Big Ben-style tone on your PC's speaker. Short & sweet.
