Here's the story and instructions.

I took some white card board, a marker, and a pencil and I drew the pretty simple Arkansas linscense plate, well I soon noticed they were pretty good so I decided one dark, chaotic nite I came up with a really messed up idea. I made the Arkansas' plate with the letters 'imafag' It wasn't really hard. So I went out with a friend and we put it on this dudes truck. (just take a screw driver and loosen the screws a little bit, cut slits in the top of card board plate, but don't take off the original plate, place the new plate over the old one and fly like monkey piss so you don't get busted) n-e-way needless to say he drove around a few days. I wondered what people thought when they stopped at a red light? P.S. This is not intended to discriminate gays. P.S.S. The guy wasn't gay. Otherwise he'd gotten the same plate at when he registered his vehicle.
