OK, I did this to my neighbor. You can do this to enemies or friends. Make sure the trash isn't in a tied bag, or it won't work. When they put the trash out on the curb for the trashtrucks, Tie a rope to the trashcan. Then tie the rope to their doorknob. Make sure their door opens inward. Ring their doorbell and run! The closer the trash is to the door, the better. When they open the door, the trash will spill onto the ground and maybe into the house! If they don't leave trash on the curb you can always compile some of your trash or other materials and do it. Be creative! If you want to be really mean, you can fill a very large container with water, tie it close to the door and ring the doorbell. Always make sure they're home or they might just spot it when they're coming home.
