Video tape the winning lottery being drawn live on a TV station. Note down the winning numbers (for example, 6 numbers are needed for a first division prize in Australia).
Go and purchase a lottery ticket selecting the exact same winning numbers from the previous week (the one you have video taped).
Give the lottery ticket to your partner and at the correct day and time turn on the TV and tell him/her that the lottery is about to be drawn and ask can he/she check the lottery ticket for you.
Without them knowing play last weeks video tape and watch their face as they think they have just won several million dollars!
(Be prepared to not get intimate for several weeks after...)
