This unbelievable photo shows a dead animal in the middle of the road. They key is that the department of transportation was painting the lines on the road that day and had the nerve to paint over this dead carcass on the road.
This type of behavior is unacceptable for and government position. I suggest we boycott all government officials starting today….just kidding. HA
